70s ruffle peplum top deep V maxi dress. Bottom portion is a poly knit with stretch top is ruffled tiered layers in a kind of poly chiffon fabric. Three hook and eye closures to change the depth of the deep V in the front. Elastic waist. Has loops for a belt but no belt so can cut off if you don’t need.
