80s/90s does 40s Starina 100% Rayon pleated front peplum floral and polka dot huge sweep dress. Bottom hem is higher on sides than in front and back for a good flow when spinning and moving. Bought for myself and absolutely beautiful but I just haven’t reached for it so passing it along. Shoulder pads that are removable. Abalone buttons – not sure if they are real.
