1980s Bob Mackie boutique bias cut silk and rayon burn out velvet rose dress with matching scarf/shawl. Fully lined (lining is poly). Top layer is sheer. Matching shawl can be worn a number of different ways. Some verrrrrry minor surface wear to the velvet in a couple places.
